Sooooo...

Hey! Sorry that I haven't been writing in this thing. I've been totally absorbed in other things around here like, Sim 2, FFXI, and The Hobbit. My nephew bought that game and we can't seem to get past this one boss. He fucks us up everytime. It's very frustrating. But it's fun quality time with J. He's hilarious when it comes to this game. He gets a little too riled at times but that's ok. He's a funky kid! LOL!

Simone had her first piece of cake last night. The pictures are sooo funny! CUTIE PATOOTIE! But everyone who knows me got pics... oh shooot!! Except for my #1 fan! Sorry, Ouij... I'll email them to you after this post.

As it gets closer and closer to the first day of school, I get more and more excited. I've read the class outline about eleventy times! I am actually going back to school! I love school! It's actually a Vogel trait. My sisters and I love learning new things. I swear, my oldest sister could be the real life Pretender? Have you ever seen that show? It's with the guy that can do any job to get close to the bad guy and bring him to justice. I don't know if Les would bring anyone to justice but she's been to school for about almost every career! And my sister Shelly is going to school right now as we speak. So, we are a pretty smart bunch! I've been to school for Journalism and now I'm going to go for Esthetics soooooooo... I'm pretty close to the Pretender too! LOL! My brother was also very smart! YAY us!!!

Anyways, enough bragging... My sister Les and I had a good bonding night. We made fun of some of the people at the Oscars last night. It was fun. She bought me a Cherry Vanilla Dr. Pepper and Snickers. WOO HOO! I was excited.... even though I asked her to get me the pop. But the candy bar was all her own! I didn't ask for that!

But, now.... I'm going to go back to cooking on my FFXI game until Simone wakes up. When she wakes up I'll have to do the nasty task of cleaning my room. Simone is getting a bed. YAY!!!

OK! Bye now!

She said 'I do' and then ... WHOOOSH!

That is the best headline I've seen on World Weekly News. Supposedly this bride walked up to the altar and burst into flames. Talk about a bad omen! WOOOO!

Well, I better update because my fan is asking me too. LOL! So, I'll slap something up here before I clean this place up. I've been meaning to update for years but I've been just so friggin' busy that I haven't been able to do so.

I went up to Madison on Sunday. We got the rest of our stuff and we still didn't get it all. It sucks. I'm hoping my girl, Erin, read her email and is going to grab up those boxes that I left. I am hoping.... (crosses fingers). But unfortunately I think that we left with our roomie being not happy with us. If anyone understood that statement, they get a cookie. I love him with all of my heart and we did some things that he shouldn't have had to put up with. I hope that we become better friends later. He helped me through so much and I owe him so much literally and emotionally. But I left with the feeling that he really didn't care for us much. And I don't blame him. At all.

Simone is growing up so fast. On Sunday, she became 9 months old. She's eating table foods and we're trying to teach her to use a sippy cup. It's so cute. She likes peas and carrots. She loves yogurt too. Her doctor is awesome too! He takes forever to see us but he really listens to our concerns and answers all of our questions heard and unheard. He's really cool. He's also from Wisconsin.

Hopefully, our job situation will be changing soon. We're going to be hearing from two prospective employers. Well, actually I have to check back in a week for mine. But I went in to the Sun Shoppe a local tanning salon. I have known the girl who works there for many many years. She walked the app over to the owner and he said that he will keep my app as a consideration and to check back next week. YAY!

We're going to get a bed tonight. So, that's good. So yeah... I'm feeling weird. So, I'm going to go clean. SEE YA!

Maybe I should update...

Yeah... yeah... it's been awhile. I've been super super busy. So here's what I've been up to for the past week.

I went to church on Sunday. It wasn't as bad as I had braced myself for. It went by really fast too. The preacher doesn't sit up there and just talk "Holier than thou" and "You're not worthy" type stuff. It was really good.

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday was all a blur. I don't know what happened. Bzzzzt... Oh wait.... Tuesday I went in for my financial aid meeting for Mr. John's. They will pay for over half of the tuition but I have to put the rest on loans. But it's cool. I don't mind. It's better than nothing. And the bulk of the loans is interest free and I don't have to pay on them until after I've graduated. I was told that day that I had to write an essay and then come back on Thursday for a free facial and to job shadow the Esthecians.

Thursday was the busiest of all days. It was crazy. I went to my job shadowing appointment at Mr. John's. I got a free facial and hand and arm massage. I got to know the classroom better and I also found out that we get all our services for free because we practice on each other. That's exciting. They loved my essay and the lady said that I was accepted but not officially. She'll have to call me when they officially accept me. Chris bought a pimp ass 1991 Plymouth Voyager. It's awesome and it smells funny. It's huuuuge too. Well, compared to my Malibu. He went to his interview for Pepsi and they need proof of insurance on the care and valid Driver's License. After he was done with the interview we went to the DMV and he got the monster registered and licensed. He went to get an Illinois license and he has to get a birth certificate and other peices of information to receive one. Well, he doesn't have a birth certificate. He called the Pepsi guy and he told him that he needs a valid ILLINOIS license even though he has a VALID Wisconsin license. The Pepsi guy said that he couldn't bend the rules and to call him when he receives the Illinois license.

Friday was just as busy. We went to lunch with my sister and my brother in law. Then after that we went to get insurance on the monster. At 3:30 I picked up my other sister and we went to look at cars for her. Afterwards we went back to Leslie's and we sat around and chatted for a bit. Then we went to Payless to get some black tennis shoes for Mr. John's and some shoes for Simone. Then we went to Berean Bookstore to get a bible study book.

And so now it is Saturday and I have a busy weekend of me. Poker night is tonight and then Super Bowl Party and poker tomorrow too. Plus church in the morning! It's crrrrazy!! I am so tired! Bleh! Later all!
